Hon. Shri. Annasaheb Dange

Islampur is founded by Hon. Shri Annasaheb Dange in the year 1995 when he was the cabinet minister in the Maharashtra state govt. The first phase of 13,000 Spindles was commissioned in the year 1999. The 2nd phase of 12,000 Spindles was commissioned in the year 2000. The unit had 100% EOU status for the first five years and 100% yarn was exported to various countries like Europe, Dubai, Canada, South Korea, China etc.

Now the mill has 29088 Spindles. The mill is doing direct export to Latin America, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore etc as well as some production is sold in the local market.

Under his leadership and guidance the mill has diversified into production of vaeguard fabrics as well as embroidered fabrics & Garments.

The mill is situated 350 Kms from Mumbai (JNPT) port which ensures speedy delivery to the overseas customer.

The cotton procurement is done from Maharashtra, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh depending on the quality needed.
